Unapologetically Gray® is a trademarked coaching and educational services division of Your Chosen Pass, operating under The Organized Maintenance Services, Inc. in Texas. We provide coaching services, educational workshops, masterclasses, and public appearances, along with an online store featuring our book, t-shirt line, journals, and bookmarks.

2. Using Our Site

By visiting or using this website, you agree to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time, and we'll post the updated version here with a new date at the top.

3. Trademark and Intellectual Property

Unapologetically Gray® holds a registered trademark covering our education and coaching services. All workshops, materials, written content, and branded products created under Unapologetically Gray® belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use this content or our trademark without our written permission.

4. Our Services

We provide coaching services, educational workshops, masterclasses, and public appearances under Unapologetically Gray®. Details about each service, including pricing and scheduling, appear on the relevant pages of our site.

5. Online Store

We sell physical products through our online store, including our book, t-shirt line, journals, and bookmarks. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability appear on each product page and are subject to change without notice. We quality check all merchandise with our vendor before shipping.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Event Cancellations

We encourage customers to measure carefully for correct sizing before purchasing shirts, since our shirts are designed for minimal shrinkage. Customers may initiate exchanges and returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must arrive in the same condition as originally received, meaning clean, spotless, and odor-free. We do not accept items for exchange or refund that show signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage, and we will contact you promptly regarding any discrepancies.

We offer exchanges for sizing issues. Customers cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we promptly refund the original purchase, and customers may repurchase the correct size separately. We process refunds for the item cost only; shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers send returns to: Unapologetically Gray, P.O. Box 161716, Fort Worth, TX 76161.

For event cancellations, customers who cancel more than 24 hours before the event receive a refund minus a 20% administrative fee. Cancellations made 23 hours or less before the event are non-refundable. If we cancel an event, we fully refund all ticket purchases.

7. Events

Our Events page lists masterclasses, workshops, and appearances where Unapologetically Gray® may be presenting. Event details, including dates and pricing, appear on each event listing and follow the cancellation policy stated in Section 6. Some events take place at third-party venues, and we hold no responsibility for the policies or actions of those venues.

8. Payments

We process payments through our GoDaddy website platform. This provider handles your payment information directly and securely. We never store your full payment card details on our servers.

9. Accounts

Our site may require an account for store purchases or event registration. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.

10. Information We Collect

We collect your email address and phone number to communicate with you about orders, events, and coaching services. Providing a shipping address is required for store purchases. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

11. Use of Site Content

You use the materials on this site at your own risk. We work to keep our content accurate and current, and pricing, schedules, and other details are subject to change without notice. We make no warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of information on this site.
