MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
We believe all customers appreciate receiving unused products therefore, we do what we can to minimize returns. We strongly encourage customers to measure for the correct size before purchasing shirts. The shirts are designed to have minimal shrinkage. We also quality check all merchandise with our vendor before sending them out.
Exchanges and returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date in the same condition originally received (i.e., clean, spotless, odor-free, etc.). Used items are not eligible for an exchange or refund. We will contact you immediately regarding any discrepancies.
We are willing to exchange the merchandise. Strong encouragement suggestions are visibly posted to measure before purchasing products; therefore, do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will promptly refund the original purchase once merchandise is received and customers may re-purchase the correct size. This is to simplify adjustments within the system and accounting in case of sizing differences.
Refunds will be processed promptly upon receiving your merchandise. Refunds are processed for the items purchased only. If shipping charges were applied, they are non-refundable.

EVENT CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations for events purchased more than 24 hours before the event will incur a $25.00 administrative fee and the rest will be refunded promptly. Cancellations made 23 hours or less before the event are non-refundable. The only exception is if we cancel the event, in which we will fully refund ticket purchases.
